Feature Request / Bug Reports

I login with my email firstly, and it generated a wallet address for me.

Then I login in form access with my rabby wallet , it generated another wallet address for me, then I lock 80000 ZETAs in this account.

Could you please binding my email account with the second rabby wallet access account? Then I can login in on the iPhone with my email.

    Hi Larry - Thank you for the extra details. Here's what's going on and what I'd recommend.

    Why you have two accounts

    When you logged in with your email, the app automatically created an account with its own wallet for you. When you later logged in with your Rabby wallet, that created a second, separate account. Your 80,000 ZETA is locked under the Rabby wallet account, not the email account. The two accounts are independent and can't be automatically merged.

    How to access and manage your locked ZETA

    Please use your Rabby wallet on the web app in a desktop browser - that's where locking/staking is managed. We will add crypto wallet login and staking support on the mobile apps soon.

    About binding your wallet to your email login

    I'd recommend not doing a manual unlock-and-relock to move things over. That would start the 21-day unlock period, stop your rewards during that time, and begin a brand-new lock period when you re-stake.

    Instead, in the next few days, we're actively building a way to link your wallet to the login you prefer without having to unlock your ZETA. In the meantime, your ZETA stays safely locked, and you can manage it anytime using Rabby on the web app.

      @Larry - With the upcoming upgrade, one thing important to clarify, even if you log in with your Rabby wallet, the underlying embedded wallet address across your 2 Anuma accounts is different. You could stake with your Rabby wallet and get Pro on either of those Anuma accounts: your email account or the account created when signing up with their Rabby wallet.
